Accepting these terms

By downloading, installing or using Paisa Note ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Paisa Note is the same account and app as mMoney, renamed.

What Paisa Note does

Paisa Note lets you record personal and shared expenses, split bills with friends and family, manage budgets and goals, and keep a note of bank transactions you choose to add. The app is free, with an optional Premium plan that removes ads.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app; if you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's consent.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the app for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to access another person's account without permission.
• Do not interfere with the app's normal operation.
• Do not share your account with others.

Financial information

Paisa Note is a personal money organiser, not financial advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of amounts and entries you add. The app does not move money or connect directly to your bank; it only helps you keep a record of what you already spent.

Premium and billing

Premium is an optional subscription that removes ads. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled and are billed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, subject to their terms. You can cancel anytime from your store account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Ending your account

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete account in the app, or by emailing us. See the privacy policy for what deletion removes.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Trei is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
